1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account or placing any order on this Website, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and voluntarily accept all clauses contained in these Terms Of Use, including all return, refund and exchange rules set forth in Clause 5.

You warrant that you purchase industrial products for legitimate industrial/commercial end-use, and shall comply with export control regulations of China and import laws of your destination country.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (Mainland China). Any dispute arising from cross-border industrial product transactions shall be submitted to the people’s court with jurisdiction where our Chinese business entity is located.

2. Products & Availability

All goods displayed on the Website are cross-border industrial export commodities for overseas customers, subject to real-time stock status. We reserve the right to adjust product parameters, revise selling prices, suspend sales or discontinue any product without prior notice to users, in compliance with China’s cross-border foreign trade regulations.

All product pictures, descriptions and technical specifications are for reference only. Minor visual or dimensional differences do not constitute grounds for return or exchange, except where the product has verified factory manufacturing defects.

Custom machined parts, industrial consumables and wearing parts are made-to-order items and are not eligible for unconditional returns even within the 14-day window.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in the foreign currency selected by you at checkout. Prices do not include destination country import duties, customs taxes, local consumption taxes, VAT or international shipping surcharges unless explicitly marked otherwise.
We support multiple cross-border legal payment methods. All payment transactions are processed by state-licensed cross-border third-party payment institutions in compliance with China’s foreign exchange supervision regulations.
We reserve the right to adjust commodity prices at any time according to raw material and market fluctuations; the price confirmed upon successful order payment shall be the final settlement price binding on both parties.

4. Orders & Shipping

After you successfully submit an order, the system will automatically send an order confirmation email containing full transaction and product details to your registered email address.
International delivery duration and cross-border shipping fees vary based on your receiving country/region and the courier service you select.
We shall not be liable for delivery delays, customs detention, extra duties, goods confiscation or storage fees caused by third-party international logistics, destination country customs clearance, local public holidays, force majeure or local import policy changes.
Valid international tracking numbers will be provided to you once goods are dispatched from our Chinese warehouse.
Buyers shall independently verify local certification standards (CE, UL and others) applicable to their region before placing orders.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

5.1 Eligibility & Time Limit

Due to cross-border international logistics cost and customs clearance limitations, our unified valid return window is 14 calendar days starting from the day you sign for the goods at your local delivery address. Return or exchange applications submitted after the 14-day period will not be eligible for full refund, except for goods with confirmed factory manufacturing defects caused by our side.

To meet the return intact standard: the item must remain unused, unassembled, unmarked and unmodified, and delivered back with complete original packaging, tags and attached accessories without damage or loss.

A valid order receipt or purchase proof is mandatory for all return applications. Do not send returned goods directly to manufacturers; all returns shall be mailed to our designated overseas return warehouse address notified by customer service.

5.2 Refund Processing Procedure

After we receive, inspect and verify your returned parcel at our overseas warehouse, we will send an email to notify you of parcel receipt, as well as the approval or rejection result of your refund application.

If your refund application is approved, funds will be refunded to your original cross-border payment channel within 7–14 working days, subject to the fund processing cycle of banks, cross-border payment service providers and foreign exchange settlement procedures.

5.2.1 Troubleshooting for Missing or Delayed Refunds

Double-check all transaction records in your bank account or payment platform;
Contact your credit card issuer or cross-border payment provider to confirm the standard posting cycle of refund funds;
Consult your bank regarding international fund clearing and foreign exchange progress;

5.2.2 Special Rule for Promotional / Sale Items

Only regular-priced standard industrial finished goods support return applications within the 14-day window. All discounted, clearance and flash sale goods can only be returned or exchanged if verified to have factory manufacturing defects produced by us.

5.3 Exchange Policy

We only provide identical replacement goods for items with factory manufacturing defects or damage incurred during international delivery. All exchange requests must be submitted within the 14-day return window.

Customized industrial products cannot be exchanged for different specifications; partial refunds will be offered for confirmed factory defects on custom orders.

To apply for an exchange, email our support team via sales@saibow.com, then send the defective goods to our designated overseas physical address.

5.4 Gift Order Arrangements

If an order is marked as a gift and shipped directly to you at checkout, you will receive equivalent store credit after the returned goods pass our inspection within the 14-day return window, and a physical gift certificate will be mailed to you subsequently.

If the gift order is first shipped to the purchaser for personal handover to you, all refunds will be issued to the original buyer, who will receive notification of your return application.

5.5 Return Shipping Charges

All returned items must be dispatched to our designated overseas physical address within the 14-day return period after you receive the order.

If the goods are mis-delivered or have factory defects attributable to us, we shall bear all international return shipping fees. For all other return scenarios caused by buyer personal reasons or wrong specification selection, the buyer shall bear all cross-border return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount.

The international delivery lead time of replacement goods varies by receiving country/region. For high-value industrial equipment, we recommend choosing trackable international courier service with shipping insurance. We shall not be liable for loss of returned parcels without valid international tracking records.

6. Promotions & Discounts

All promotional codes must be applied on the checkout page before payment is completed; discount codes cannot be added retroactively after order confirmation.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotional code is limited to single use and valid within a fixed promotional period.
Multiple discount offers cannot be stacked unless the product page clearly marks them as combinable.
We reserve the right to terminate promotional activities and reject orders involving fraudulent or improper use of discount codes, in compliance with China’s cross-border e-commerce supervision rules.

7. Privacy Policy

We shall process all overseas customers’ personal information strictly in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, adhering to the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity and good faith, and complying with relevant overseas local data protection regulations simultaneously:

We only collect personal information necessary for cross-border order fulfillment, international logistics arrangement and routine customer service support, and will not collect excessive irrelevant personal data beyond business needs.
Without your explicit voluntary written consent, we will not sell, rent or share your personal information to unrelated third parties, except international logistics and cross-border payment partners required to complete your order transaction.

8. Account & Security

You shall be fully responsible for keeping your account login name and password confidential. All operations logged under your account shall be deemed acts conducted by yourself, and you shall bear corresponding legal liabilities arising therefrom.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently freeze user accounts detected with suspicious, fraudulent, malicious ordering or illegal cross-border transaction activities, and reserve the right to report such illegal acts to relevant Chinese regulatory authorities.
Account transfer, sublease or resale to third parties is prohibited.
All industrial products sold on this website are subject to China’s export control laws, international trade sanctions and end-use supervision requirements. Buyer warrants that products will not be re-exported, transferred, resold or diverted to sanctioned countries, entities or individuals without formal written export authorization from Chinese competent authorities. Buyer shall indemnify us for all losses, fines and legal liabilities arising from unauthorized re-export or violation of trade control rules.
All industrial drawings, technical data, product designs, trademarks and technical manuals displayed on the website are our exclusive intellectual property. No reproduction, modification, reverse engineering, resale or commercial reuse is permitted without our written authorization. Buyer shall not copy, distribute or disclose our proprietary industrial technical information to any third party.
All industrial products are designed for specific professional industrial applications. We shall not be liable for personal injury, equipment damage or economic losses caused by improper installation, mismatched operating environment, overloading, unauthorized modification or unprofessional operation of our industrial goods by the buyer or end-user.
